Ultimate Trading Company is a family-owned produce enterprise that began oceans away, generations ago. We marry our time-honored traditions and reverence for the land with leading edge farming practices and a genuine dedication to the well-being of farmers, buyers, and consumers.

Though we’ve been greenhouse-growing certified organic produce for more than 30 years, our story begins three generations ago in a small village nestled in the Mediterranean hills. Our patriarch in Greece learned to work the land, respect the intention behind producing his own sustenance, and sustainably care for precious resources - concepts which persist in our own practices to this day.

Leaving Greece behind, our forefathers brought Old World farming to Mexican soil, settling in Sinaloa, Mexico in 1930, reestablishing what eventually became a large conventional farming business. In 1983, our company’s president Miguel E. Crisantes transitioned to organic farming. He was ahead of his time and made considerable sacrifices to develop what he felt was best for his farms, workers, and his family.

Our family is comprised of entrepreneurs, farmers, artists, musicians, and chefs, but we always come back to our roots. Our idea of success is sharing an amazing meal at our family table with peace of mind that what we’re feeding our children with is the most nourishing, flavorful food available, and at Ultimate Trading Company, we invest in the whole supply chain to realize this dream for our family and yours.

Today, our grow operations located throughout Mexico and the Southwestern United States ensure buyers receive the highest quality certified organic produce, harvested with the utmost levels of safety, integrity, and care.
